7/23...DAY 1, 4:15pm

2/3 of the way through my juice for the day. i'm hungry, but i think i miss eating more than i miss actual food right now. my stomach has been making some noises and i've been pissin' quite a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary really. i just want to get home and relax more than anything, i'm pretty tired and feeling slightly weaker than usual. tonight i need to drink another cup of the laxative tea (its pretty good actually) and then first thing in the morning i'm going to drink a salt water flush. its just a quart of water with a couple tablespoons of sea salt. the salt water has the same specific gravity as blood, so the kidneys don't pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt. so pretty much the whole quart of salt water goes through you like liquid sandpaper. this has the makings of a possible "tub boy" video written all over it. man i cant wait to get home....
